A SIMPLE & RELAXING EVENING FULL OF YIN YOGA POSTURES, GENTLE BREATHING AND MEDITATION
Pranayama - Guided breathing to clear the lungs, sedate the mind and develop more control over the Breath of Life.
Yin Yoga - These are simple postures held for duration while giving minimal effort. Usually seated or laying on a mat. Good for remodeling the deeper tissues of the body.
Tratak - By staring at a candle in stages we can activate melatonin production (essential to sleep and healing) by stimulating the pineal gland.
